Biography:
Ted is the former Solicitor General of the State of Texas and a former law clerk to former Chief Justice William Rehnquist. He is currently a lawyer in Houston, where he and his wife Heidi raise their daughters Caroline and Catherine.
State of the Race:
Ted shocked the political world by defeating the heavily favored Lieutenant Governor of Texas the primary and is now the Republican nominee for U.S. Senate in Texas.
